Classes last 30, 45 or 55 minutes
The chain publishes an overall list of disciplines: its own Pulse CF1, Fight CF1 and Harmony CF1, CrossFit and functional training, Pilates and yoga, dance classes, boxing and MMA, cycling and more than a dozen water programs. Each class lists its length, and water classes also list their intensity level.
There's no public “day — time — class” schedule for the Baku clubs: the timetable lives in the 1C:Fitness Club members' portal and keeps changing. So we don't invent a table; we show what can be verified: opening hours, class lengths and official intensity levels.

Sport Beach Club: 5 Courts by the Sea
10 × 20 meter courts with Mondo artificial turf and 12 mm tempered glass, plus weatherproof floodlights — so you can play in the evening too. Next door are two tennis courts, a football pitch, a beach volleyball court, wooden outdoor fitness equipment and SUP board rental.
No membership needed: courts are booked and paid for separately, and rackets and balls are available to rent.

Fitness by Emin Agalarov and Crocus Fitness Lighthouse — one place or two?
Most likely one, but there's no direct announcement of a rename. Fitness by Emin Agalarov opened on October 14, 2023 in the Lighthouse residence: 3 000 m², with a panoramic pool, cycling, Pilates and stretching.
Is Crocus Lighthouse a separate place?
Lighthouse is a residential complex of four eight-story buildings with mirrored facades; the club occupies the Lighthouse 4 building. “Crocus Lighthouse” is a shortened form of the club's name, not a separate place.
