What We Couldn't Confirm
We don't “smooth over” contradictions or pick the convenient version. Here are all the disputed points we ran into while putting this page together.
Fitness by Emin Agalarov and Crocus Fitness Lighthouse — one place or two?
Most likely one, but there's no direct announcement of a rename. Fitness by Emin Agalarov opened on October 14, 2023 in the Lighthouse residence: 3 000 m², with a panoramic pool, cycling, Pilates and stretching. On June 8, 2024, Crocus Fitness Lighthouse opened in the same place, the Lighthouse 4 building — 3 500 m² per Sea Breeze and 3 000 m² per the chain's website, with the same set of zones. Indirect confirmation: the Crocus Fitness Lighthouse page on the chain's website lives at /crocus-fitness-agalarov. Yet “Fitness by Emin Agalarov” lives on as an umbrella name: that sign stands at the Fitness Village reception. The old name isn't on Sea Breeze's current list of venues.
Is Crocus Lighthouse a separate place?
Lighthouse is a residential complex of four eight-story buildings with mirrored facades; the club occupies the Lighthouse 4 building. “Crocus Lighthouse” is a shortened form of the club's name, not a separate place.
Size of the Lighthouse club
3 000 m² per the chain's website and the Fitness by Emin Agalarov opening news; 3 500 m² per Sea Breeze news on the Crocus Fitness Lighthouse opening. The sources disagree.
Crocus Fitness Sabah
A chain club, but not at the resort: Baku, Sabail District, Sabah Residence complex, opened December 15, 2022. Sea Breeze news covered master classes there, hence the confusion. It isn't included in the resort guide. SPA by Crocus Fitness also operates there — there's none at the resort.
Village and Ladies Only
On the chain's website it's one address — the Fitness Village complex; there's no separate “Crocus Fitness Village” page, and the link leads to the Ladies Only page. Per Sea Breeze news, these were two events: the Village presentation on June 6, 2025 and the Ladies Only opening on September 3, 2025.
